The inner family, small frame form created by Yang Lu Chan and taught to family members and private students. It was personally transmitted to me through a direct line of five teachers. The “Heaven” form section includes the first 16 continuous forms of the original 120 form set. 

We will start each class with continual training of the 8 Foundation Neigong, followed by review and instruction of the traditional form and its corresponding drills.
