Head2Toe Bodyworks is a body and mind program that is designed to enhance your physical and mental well-being through a series of simple guided relaxing movements. The program incorporates the principles of the slow, relaxed movement from the internal martial art, Tai Chi Chuan.
With regular practice, you will feel years younger. Reduce those nagging aches and pains! You’ll have increased range of motion and better flexibility, plus improved balance and strength that become ever more important as we age. The relaxing nature of the exercises also decreases stress and tension as well.
