Head2Toe Bodyworks is a body and mind exercise program that is designed to enhance your physical and mental well-being through a series of simple guided relaxing movements. The program incorporates the principles of the slow, relaxed movement from the internal martial art, Tai Chi Chuan.
Reduce those nagging aches and pains! With regular practice, you will feel years younger. You’ll have increased range of motion and better flexibility, plus improved balance and strength that become ever more important as we age. The relaxing nature of the exercises also decreases stress and tension as well.
Over the course of 5 weekly classes, starting with your head and working our way down to your toes, we will cover all of the major areas of your body.
