Discover Head2Toe Bodyworks
Head2Toe Bodyworks is a body and mind exercise program that is designed to enhance your physical and mental well-being through a series of simple guided relaxing movements. The program incorporates the principles of the slow, relaxed movement from the internal martial art, Tai Chi Chuan.
Over the course of 5 weekly classes, starting with your head and working our way down to your toes, you will learn over 20 exercises that will impact the following areas of the body.
